Bedroom Suite Remodel

The clients of this bedroom suite remodel asked to have their suite expanded with an addition of a walk-in closet and a larger bathroom suite. The approach I chose was reversing their initial closet and bedroom area location, opening the bedroom to the deck and the back yard. The new closet was exposed to ample natural light emitting from the north faced window for enhanced wardrobe experience. The technical drawings (floor plan, furniture plan and elevations) were drafted in AUTO CAD and the presentation drawing was hand rendered. Included are examples of project material calculations.
